I keep mostly current with my knowledge, but for any involved help I'll be sorely lacking. The game is great fun, but there are far less players of the game frequenting these forums, and I myself haven't done any serious play on the game since Alpha 16. Settings can be modified in the Mod Manager Settings Tab in the Mods menu. Copy & paste (NOT drag & drop) the module you like into the main Mods folder. Download and extract the latest release into the Mods folder in your 7 Days to Die install folder (create one if it does not exist). Download and unpack (extract here) the Zip data. I REALLY recommend joining the Discord for 7 Days to Die. Mods (youtube) with less thumbs up may be depreciated or deleted. For example, if you're running a Darkness Falls server and separate Ravenhearst server, you'll have two copies of 7 Days to Die installed on your computer. Unlike other games that allow you to select and load mods and modlets during runtime, 7DaysToDie requires a separate installation of the game on the local side to run any mods you've selected. To make your life a bit easier, you'll also want to familiarize yourself with and install the 7daystodie mod launcher (A seperate program) to organize your modded versions of the game. Also, any mod made for X.X.X won't work for version X.X.Y, normally. This means that when version X.X.X comes out, all mods made for X.X.X work, but any made for version X.X.Y don't. But do be warned 7 Days to Die is still in Early Access, and their build schedule is what's known as a Version Break schedule. The best place to go looking is the official Fun Pimps Forums, as a LOT get posted there. You'll have to hunt them down, download them externally, then use SFTP to load them to the server. Mods for 7 Days to DIe are completely non-centralized.
